Where we work
Our service area
We serve lake properties, cottages, and camps across the Finger Lakes, Lake Ontario shoreline, and the Syracuse-area lakes — partnering with property management companies to keep every property in perfect condition year-round.

A trusted partner
We work with property managers, not against them
FLX Cottage Care isn't a competitor to property management companies — we're the hands-on service partner that makes their job easier. We handle the physical care of properties so managers can focus on what they do best: relationships, bookings, and oversight.
